1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Nail Harmony service, a management application for nail salons accessible via nail-harmony.com and app.nail-harmony.com.

3. Access to Service
Access to the service requires prior registration. The user agrees to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Nail Harmony reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of violation of these Terms of Service.
4. Service Description
Nail Harmony offers a management solution for nail care professionals including:
- Client management and preferences
- Appointment scheduling
- Service catalog and pricing management
- Loyalty program
- Activity statistics and reports
5. Pricing
Nail Harmony offers several subscription plans:
- Free Plan: basic features, up to 20 clients
- Pro Plan: €19/month or €15/month (annual) - unlimited clients and advanced features
- Enterprise Plan: €49/month or €39/month (annual) - multi-location and dedicated support
Prices include VAT. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled in advance.
6. User Obligations
The user agrees to:
- Use the service in accordance with its intended purpose
- Not compromise the security of the service
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Not collect personal data without consent
- Inform their own clients about the use of Nail Harmony
7. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Nail Harmony service (logos, texts, interfaces, databases, software) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited. The user retains ownership of their data.
8. Liability
Nail Harmony strives to ensure service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. In case of malfunction, our liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user in the last 12 months. Nail Harmony cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or data loss due to force majeure.
9. Termination
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. In case of serious breach of the Terms of Service, Nail Harmony may terminate the account without notice. After termination, the user has 30 days to retrieve their data.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
